Information
ColX is a group of companies operating in the Enforcement industry across England, Scotland and Wales. Endurance entered the Enforcement industry in 2023 with the acquisition, alongside a co-investment partner, of a group of 3 companies from Capita Plc, creating the newly formed Omexus Group.
Subsequent to the initial acquisition of Omexus, we explored a strategic merger with a close competitor, Jacobs Enforcement. The merger closed in 2024 and a new group was formed called ColX, which is now the third largest Enforcement Group in the UK.
